available amenities included breakfast walking distance tourist attractions
the room size suited a couple for a short stay all amenities were available the host gifted us wine i found it a nice touch. breakfast came included it was upon request. the location stands close to villa borghese popular tourist attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.
the reception is unmanned in the evenings i had to communicate with the host.

flaminio subway station exit is right by the hotel building door popololo square is just across the street. the building itself has a century-old elevator too rooms are pretty. i seemed like i really came to europe.

the room decoration was pleasant i found it tidy and clean too. the bedding was good. there was good communication with the host. i liked that the room had a bed and a sofa.

breakfast served in the room was a great way for us to start our morning. the cheerful breakfast lady was very kind. i appreciated the restaurant recommendations. fresh coffee was delivered at my request.

excellent location historical sites helpful host basic breakfast dated furnishing shower head
the location was excellent. i walked to many historical sites. shops and restaurants were nearby. andrea was accommodating and helpful with every need.
the breakfast was very basic . the junior suite needs an upgrade. the furnishings were dated and the bathroom had issues with the shower head.

shower pressure breakfast variety
The shower had some issues. The water pressure fluctuated a lot. It made showering a bit difficult and annoying. the breakfast lacked variety. It was exactly the same each morning . That was disappointing.

amazing location easy access punctual service
The location is amazing. The metro station is just outside the door. I appreciated the comfort and exclusive service . I also enjoyed breakfast served in the room right on time.

poor soundproofing noisy plumbing
My "beautiful double room" room was not adequately soundproofed. i could hear noise from the hallway ALL THE time. the plumbing was also quite noisy. I heard water running through pipes at all hours. i expected much better for THE price.

limited choices dirty grout
The breakfast felt quite limited. It was brought to the room, i liked that. but the choices never seemed to change much day to day. also, the bathroom could use a little work. The shower head wasn't great, and some of the tile grout looked like it needed a deeper clean. it wasn't terrible, just a little disappointing.
